What does SNSRY mean?
SNSRY (pronounced sensory) is a brand devoted to elevated everyday rituals. We craft thoughtful personal care products that nourish the senses through understated luxury and meticulous formulation.

Are your products natural?
We prioritize plant-based and naturally derived ingredients. When safe and necessary, we use select synthetics to ensure optimal performance, stability, and safety—always with full transparency.

Are your soaps made with lye?
All true soaps are made using lye (sodium hydroxide), but none remains in the final product. Our cold process bars are fully cured and gentle on the skin.

Do your products contain sulfates, parabens, or phthalates?
No. All SNSRY formulations are free from sulfates (like SLS), parabens, phthalates, and other commonly avoided ingredients.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. SNSRY products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Most products are best used within 12–18 months. Each item includes a Period After Opening (PAO) icon for reference.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Transit times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at support@snsry.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer complimentary returns of any SNSRY purchase within 30 days of the transaction.

Online orders: Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible, and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any return.

Upon receipt of the returned package, the return process can take up to 14 business days to complete and refund.

Please note that final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items, and E-Gift cards are not eligible for return.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email a photo of the damaged item and packaging to support@snsry.com, and we’ll make it right.

SUSTAINABILITY & PACKAGING

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Our packaging is designed with recyclability in mind. Most of our bottles, jars, and boxes are recyclable—please check your local guidelines.

Do you offer refills or bulk sizes?
Yes, we offer bulk sizes for select products, including 1-gallon refills of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Contact us at info@snsry.com

Are your products made in the USA?
All SNSRY products are proudly formulated and produced in the United States using globally sourced, responsibly harvested ingredients.
