Shipping & Returns

We want you to love every part of your experience with SNSRY. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it so. We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer complimentary returns of any purchase within 30 days of the transaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please email us at support@snsry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.

Cancellations or Order Changes

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request if it hasn’t shipped yet.

Returns of Unopened Products

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. A return label will be provided by SNSRY. A refund will be issued within 7 days of the item returning.

To begin a return, email support@snsry.com with your order number.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Final Sale Items

All Discovery Sets, sample products, and promotional bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
